"Wonderful estate located in a beautiful park. I would be happy to come back even in my opinion hotel should rather be rated as 3-3,5 star. Tasteful breakfast, but dinners were so-so. Also rooms need improvement: new beds and instaling a frigde. Very nice people especially at the reception and great service, but still some improvements are needed."

"Amazing resort with great spa and pools. For the moderate price we paid, we really got a lot of value for the money. The breakfasts were amazing. The first morning as a stylish and calm buffet at the Platinum Adults building. The second it was only served morning in the main building. This was a bit more chaotic and very busy, but as a bonus they had a lady cooking individually made omelettes,which were absolutly delicious. "Staying in the castle complex was amazing. We got to see everything in the complex- the all items day ticket was great- staying in the complex allowed us to do all. Breakfast was laxurious! Rooms with the view of castle, and ability to walk to the view point at sunset ! The park is amazing too. Got to see bighorns around sunset! Recommend! "

"Breakfast very good. Service good. Can't ask for make omelet un breakfast. Very modern and look good. Jacuzzi water not really warm. I ask to check but noting changed. We had 3 rooms but all in far, from lobby, need walk in underground tunnel, that is cold ant not pleasant. I was expecting 1 or 2 rooms to be in main building. "

"The hotel looks run down from outside but the inside lobby is clean and modern and renovated; however you have to pay attention to the type of room you are booking. The Standard rooms are still the old rooms with no A/C where the Luxury rooms are the fully renovated, modern rooms with A/C included which are worth the upgrade. All staff from front desk to dinning room were friendly, welcoming and accommodating. I would stay here again."
